Frequently asked questions
Is the amount shown what I really get?
It is what the platform pays you after its commission. You still need to deduct social charges and income tax, which depend on your status and country.
Why does MYM have two commission rates?
MYM takes 25% on subscriptions and 20% on private media and tips. The simulator applies each rate to the right part of your income.
How much does a subscriber spend on private messages?
It varies hugely from one account to another. On many accounts, private sales bring in as much as or more than subscriptions. Start with a cautious estimate, then replace it with your real average once you have a month of data.
What if I work with an agency?
An agency usually takes 20% to 50% of what is left after the platform commission. With a 40% agency, you keep 60% of the amount shown here. Our OnlyFans agency guide explains the math.
